A Welland man matched the last six of seven ENCORE numbers in exact order in the September 6 ONTARIO 49 draw to win $100,000. 76 year old retiree Gordon Albu says this is his first major win. Gordon plans to buy some property and save his win, and say the win feels great, and it’s just a beautiful feeling. The winning ticket was purchased at Avondale on Lincoln Street in Welland.
