There’s no shortage of hockey for Niagara fans to enjoy this week.
The new week in the GOJHL gets under way Thursday night with the Port Colborne Sailors travelling to Hamilton to take on the Kilty B’s.
Friday night, it’s Hamilton at St. Catharines and Port Colborne at Pelham.
A couple of games are on Saturday night’s schedule, with the Pelham Panthers at Caledonia and the St. Catharines Falcons visiting Port Colborne for a 7:30 faceoff at the Vale Centre
The GOJHL Golden Horseshoe Conference weekend wraps up on Sunday with a pair of games, with Fort Erie at Pelham for a 2:45 start, and Caledonia at Welland Sunday night.
In the OHL, the Niagara Icedogs have just two games this week. On Friday, the Icedogs make their way to beautiful Northern Ontario to tangle with the Sudbury Wolves. The Icedogs then have a quick turnaround, as they’ll host the North Bay Battalion on Saturday night at the Meridian Centre.
OUA women’s hockey has the Brock Badgers at Guelph on Thursday and home at Canada Games Park to the University of Waterloo Saturday.
The Brock men’s hockey team takes on the University of Windsor in a 6pm start Friday at Canada Games Park. On Saturday, the Badgers entertain Ontario Tech, with a 4 o’clock puck drop
