Healthcare worker Lea Miroy, says she always says yes to ENCORE, and this is her first big win. Lea says her brain is full of ideas on how to spend the money, and she’ll take some time to figure out her next steps. The winning ticket was purchased at Linwell Variety on Grantham Avenue in St. Catharines.
