A great weekend of para-ice hockey is coming to Niagara this spring, as the Brock Niagara Penguins, in partnership with the Ontario Sledge Hockey Association, host the National Para Hockey Championship May 16-19 at the Vale Health and Wellness Centre in Port Colborne. The best players from across Canada will be in the city for a province vs. province tournament. Port Colborne Mayor Bill Steele says the Para-Hockey Championship tournament embodies the power of inclusion, unity and passion for the game, and showcases the abilities of every athlete. Mayor Steele adds the City is looking forward to a fantastic event.
