NRPS Robbery and Shooting Investigation Leads to Arrests and Wanted Man – Niagara Falls

Niagara Regional Police have been investigating a shooting and robbery incident in Niagara Falls. At approximately 6:30AM on September 30th, officers received reports of a shooting in the area of Front Street and Daly Street. Investigation revealed that a 28-year-old male had been attacked by three people and was shot.  The victim suffered serious injuries and was transported to an out-of-town hospital. On December 24, officers responded to a robbery in the area of Drummond Road and Culp Street in Niagara Falls. Investigation revealed that four people had entered a residence at the location and struck a 20-year-old male with a firearm.  The suspects then stole an undisclosed amount of money before fleeing the area. The male suffered minor injuries. As a result of the investigation detectives were able to identify the suspects involved. On Monday, detectives located and arrested three of the suspects. A Criminal Code search warrant was authored for an address on Harriman Street in Niagara Falls.  Detectives located and seized crime related property and illegal drugs. The value of the suspected cocaine and fentanyl seized is estimated to be $16,000. 51 year-old Patrick C. Cline of Niagara Falls was arrested and faces multiple charges. 28 year-old Kaitlyn Madill of Niagara Falls was arrested and charged with robbery. On Tuesday, 35 year-old Barry J. Hunt of Niagara Falls was arrested and charged with robbery. 34 year-old Dennis W. Arsenault of Niagara Falls is still outstanding and is currently wanted for robbery.  His current location is unknown. Any member of the public who knows Arsenault’s current location are asked not to confront him and to call their local police to report it.
