NRPS Investigating 3rd Armed Robbery in Lincoln

Niagara Regional Police responded to a report of a commercial armed robbery in Beamsville at 8:50 Wednesday night.  Officers attended Hey Bud on Greenlane in the Town of Lincoln. The initial investigation determined that a male had entered the business and brandished a black handgun and demanded money. The suspect received an undisclosed amount of money.  The suspect fled the area in a dark-coloured Chevrolet single cab pickup truck.  The pickup truck had chrome wheels. The employees were not physically injured. The suspect in this robbery is believed to also be responsible for two earlier November 1 armed robberies at the Coastal Kitchen Bar and Home Hardware on King Street in Beamsville. The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 35 years old, 6 feet tall, about 175 lbs. He was wearing black tennis shoes with a white swoosh, blue jeans, a black “Carhart” style coat, a blue jean jacket and a black toque. Anyone who knows or recognizes this suspect is asked to call the police. He should not be confronted as he is believed to be armed and dangerous.
