NRP investigating Niagara Falls arson

Niagara Regional Police are investigating an attempted arson incident in Niagara Falls. On November 23 at 5:00am, officers responded to a residential break in alarm at a home on the Niagara Parkway near Marshall Road. When officers arrived, they found that a door had been smashed open and an accelerant poured on the floor inside. The suspect was not able to start a fire and ran from the area. Detectives were assigned to the investigation and photos of the suspect were obtained. The suspect is a male wearing a hoodie with a bandana covering his face.Damage to the home is estimated at $5000.
