Yesterday Niagara Regional Police provided information that with the assistance of Greater Sudbury Police Service, David Brown was located in Downtown Sudbury and arrested on the strength of a Canada-wide warrant. 46-year-old David Mathew Brown is currently facing the charge of Second Degree Murder.
