NRP are seeking the public’s help in identifying a suspect who stole a truck in trailer in Welland back on December 12th, 2023. The suspect is described as
- White male
- Clean shaven
- Approximately 50 years-of-age
- Approximately 6 feet in height
- Medium build
- Receding dark hair
