On October 20th  at 3:18am, police responded to a robbery at a 24-hour convenience store on Regional Road 24 near Regional Road 27 in Wainfleet. Officers spoke with the employee who indicated a lone male suspect entered the store brandishing a handgun and demanded cash and cigarettes.
