Tatyana Rachamimov of Niagara Falls was dealt a winning hand in the November 14 POKER LOTTO draw. She matched five of five cards to win $100,000. Tatyana, a 59 year old mother of two, says this is her first big win. Tatyana says she is happy, and this is something she never thought would happen. She has no plans yet for her winnings. The winning ticket was purchased at Canadian Tire Gas Bar on McLeod Road in Niagara Falls.
