Mayor Siscoe’s 2023 Charity Golf Tournament through the SCORE fund raises more than $110,000 for local charities

St. Catharines Mayor Mat Siscoe has announced the total funds raised and local charity recipients from the Mayor’s Inaugural Charity Golf Tournament, through his St. Catharines OutReach & Engagement Fund. The Mayor’s Inaugural Charity Golf Tournament, which took place at the St. Catharines Golf and Country Club on Monday July 31, raised over $110,000 for local charitable organizations.

The SCORE Fund is pleased to announce major donations to four local charities:  -Niagara Children’s Centre – $25,000

-Niagara Health Foundation – $25,000

-Big Brothers Big Sisters of Niagara – $10,000

-Young Caregivers Association – $10,000

Additionally, the SCORE Fund has supported the following community organizations and events: FireFit, Gillian’s Place – Walk A Mile in HER Shoes, Kristin French Advocacy Centre, Merritton Lions – Blind Bowling Event ,Niagara Regional Native Centre, Pride Niagara, the Terry Fox Run, Westview Centre4Women and United Way Niagara – Fire Truck Pull Event

The 2024 tournament is scheduled for Monday, July 29, 2024
