Crossfire Wrestling “Fired Up!”

Crossfire Wrestling held it’s Fired Up 2023 show on Sunday at a jam-packed Merritton Lions Club. In the main event, Rage defeated Stoney Creek native Toster to retain the Crossfire Heavyweight title. Toster’s manager Gary Gambino threw in the towel after Rage put the challenger in the “Rage Mission”, and while Toster did not quit or tap out, he was out on his feet, leaving Gambino with no choice but to concede the match. As part of a stipulation to the contest, Gambino must now become an employee of Rage for an undetermined amount of time. Meanwhile, C-Rex pinned Nikita to remain the women’s champ. Also, Kongo Kong destroyed Andrew “Daddy Davis”, aka Diaper Head, despite Davis using a foreign object repeatedly on Kong. Crossfire Hall of Famer Chuck “The Butcher” Simpson, who accompanied Kongo Kong to the ring under a special license, announced on the Crossfire You Tube broadcast that he is challenging Davis to a match in the near future. And also during the show, Crossfire Wrestling Commissioner Frank Newman devoured three full bags of potato chips. Crossfire’s final show of the year will take place on Saturday, December 2nd, with “Jingle Bell Brawl” at the same venue.Tickets go on sale September 25th.
