The City of Niagara Falls is introducing its new CityView Portal. CityView is an all-in-one community development software designed to streamline planning and building permit applications through a paperless process the city says enhances customer communication and internal productivity.The CityView portal provides builders, developers, residents, and businesses with a convenient process to: apply online for a building permit or planning application, check the status of an application, make payments, request an inspection and search for a property. The new online service is available 24/7 from almost anywhere there is an internet connection. To access the portal, you must register for a MyCity Dashboard account. The online portal will provide step-by-step instructions on creating an account, submitting an application, or making a payment.
