On Monday, a 30-year old man was charged with impaired driving after a collision with a school bus and garbage truck.
The crash happened at Montrose Road and Lundy’s Lane in Niagara Falls.
The driver of the bus was named Devon D. Dobbs who was arrested for impaired driving on the scene, but later released and will have a court hearing on April 20th at the St. Catharines courthouse.
No students were on the bus at the time of the collision.
