The Welland Condo project is back to being built. The City of Evertrust Developments says it has received a full rebuild permit from the city. This means that the current project will be torn down and replaced. Controversy around the Upper Vista Welland condo project after two partial collapses earlier this year that sent debris into the nearby Welland Canal. The condos are expected to be open by spring of 2025.
