Is accusing Lablaws and its parent company for working together to implicate Metro and multiple other grocers in the alleged conspiracy. Metro says that have never been involved in the bread price scheme, meanwhile Loblaws has said that Metro’s allegations are “ridiculous and untrue” In June, Canada Bread admitted to four counts of price-fixing under the Competition Act and was fined $50 million.
