Detectives from District 3 of the NRPS, Pelham Fire Services and the Office of the Fire Marshal are investigation a suspicious house fire on Mayfair Avenue in Pelham around 12:11am yesterday Morning. Fire crews were able to extinguish the blaze but the fire resulted in damages near $700,000. A female patient was assessed at the scene by paramedics and was transported to a local hospital for further assessment.
