Congratulations are in order for Richard Nester of Niagara Falls. He matched the last six of seven ENCORE numbers in exact order in the December 30 LOTTARIO draw to win $100,000. He also won $4 on another one of his ENCORE selections. Richard, a 64 year-old retiree, says he plans to take his friends out to dinner to celebrate. The winning ticket was purchased at Big Bee Convenience and Foodmart on Montrose Road in Niagara Falls.
