Christmas tree collection in Niagara will take place on regular collection days during the week of January 8 through 12th. Artificial trees are not collected, but you can use the large item collection service to dispose of them. Place tree at the end of your driveway no later than 7 a.m., and make sure you remove all Christmas decorations before collection. Also, residents are asked to not place trees inside a bag as it creates a problem when chipping the trees. Residents can also take Christmas trees to a drop-off depot or landfill site.
