A 97 year old nun has been arrested and charged with sexual assault from a case which dates back 50-60 years. Ontario Provincial Police say they arrested Francoise Seguin of Ottawa on Wednesday after someone contacted them about the incident last year. OPP say the incidents are have said to take place in the 60’s & 70’s at a residential school in Moosonee, Ont., as well as a dentention facility in Sudbury, Ont. The case only involves one victim thus far. Seguin has been charged with three counts of gross indecency, and is schedule for court in Moosonee on Dec. 5.
